I gruppi incontro sono riunioni di 3 o più Persone, sedute in circolo, per condividere un tema che li accomuna. Sono coordinate da un facilitatore che ne armonizza le interazioni. Gli incontri si svolgono generalmente per un tempo di 90 minuti con cadenza settimanale se non diversamente concordato.
